Work the Wall

What is a Work the Wall class?  

It is a Vinyasa based Power Yoga class. This class uses the walls in the room to move through asana practice. It''s an opportunity to pay attention to the details with the support of the wall. You work on alignment and deeper internal connection in the basic poses preparing you to take your whole practice to a deeper level.You will prep for inversions, build strength, and create a deeper connection to your breath becoming more in tune with you.  

**Pre Registration required. We only take a certain number of students for this class.
***Please have some experience for this class. It is not a beginner class.
