Yoga Strong is your favorite asana's (poses) with weights! And "Why not?" It's another opportunity to continue to deepen your internal connection by following your breath. The class is 60 minutes. During that time, we will warm up, learn and practice asana's and then strengthen them by adding light weights. As always, no judgment & no expectations. The only requirement is the breath.
***Please note: adding the weights is an option. You can choose to practice this class using just your body weight.
