The autumnal equinox is a time of equanimity and balance, so how can we mirror this harmony in our lives, today and every day?
This workshop will begin with a meditation on what balance means and feels like in the body. In spring, we tend to plant “seeds” or intentions as to what we hope to attain or accomplish over the summer break. Allow yourself to check in, see if any of your seeds are ready to be harvested.
Followed by a brief talk on the transition between summer to fall and fall to winter. Fall is when we let our “dead leaves” drop. What are we willing to release that is no longer serving us? What are we making space for? And what is our intention for the fall/winter season?
